Are you counting your blessings?
In this time of Coronavirus, we all have it hard. One has it more complicated than the other. Some people have lost their jobs, and others can't find a job. Some bills need to be paid, but no money at all. There is no food on the table. Does that mean that you are not blessed? Or that the Lord doesn't care for you? Or that he abandoned you?
No, He has never forgotten about you. He created everything with you in mind because He knows you need them. Most of the time, we focus on all the negative aspects of life, about the things we don't have. But we need to pay attention to all the things we have. If you still have a house, thank the Lord. If you still have food, hot water, and gas, thank the Lord. When we start seeing the blessing in those insignificant things, we begin to see how blessed we are. Even when things are bad, thank the Lord. There are people out there who have it more complicated than you do. Also, be kind to those around you who still care for you. Counting your blessings is a way to live a life that is filled with good things even in bad times.
Be blessed, and stay blessed
